Any person or entity with Unique Entity Number (UEN) who has one or more electricity accounts with Singapore registered address.

How to be contestable?

A commercial or industrial (C&I) consumer with an average monthly electricity consumption of at least 2,000 kWh (~$400) is eligible to become contestable.
